It's a house share in a gated suburb in Emmarentia. The room is big, spacious, good lighting and lots of storage space. You have your own private bathroom and the rest of the house is shared such as the kitchen, the lounge, patio and laundry room. Also the room is big enough for two people to share, you can split the rent but you both have to pay utilities separately. There's a nice lawn at the front where you can chill and if you love nature you'll be very close to Melville Koppies, Marks Park and Emmarentia Dam. It's a 10min walk away from the nearest stores, very safe neighbourhood and very quiet but close very close to all the action. Most are young adults working, you have to contribute to keeping the house clean but everyone keeps to themselves but you could make a friend. We share utilities each month and they range from R1000 to R1500 each.
