I’m looking for a tenant ( it is a ladies accommodation)to rent a room in a 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms(showers) with 2 toilets flat in Pretoria central Berea , just next to manhattan hotel, near Bosman station, Gautrain station, unisa etc for October 2025 . electricity is prepaid but i provide electricity token monthly (1000 rand in winter months and 800 rand for the other months) and when it finishes tenants must top up. water is not included .Deposit is R1000 .
