We are looking to hire two rooms.the main room and the room next to the main room with your own internal ensuite.we won't be living here long.this is only because we run an npc from here but need to assist the npc with funding it.The house coukd be used as if your own.we will just be there with you.we have our space you have yours, mutual respect t?adt alarm and transport everything is central.
